Terms of Service

Updated November 2026

Primordial Aspect is operated by Vektoris Intelligence LLC, Wyoming, United States. These terms cover this site and any work or access we provide. Where the scope of an engagement is agreed in writing, that agreement prevails over these terms.

Engagements

We take on research and consulting engagements, and grant access to our tools on request. We review every request, including who is asking and why, and may decline any request without giving a reason.

What we provide

Research and analysis built from publicly available sources, each finding traced to its source. Sources can be incomplete or wrong; we do not guarantee completeness. Nothing we provide is legal, financial or investment advice.

Scope

We cover companies and organisations, and people through their professional or public role: director, founder, shareholder, executive or official.

Acceptable use

Lawful purposes only. You may not use our work or our tools to harass, stalk or monitor private individuals, to discriminate, or to make decisions about a person's eligibility for employment, credit, housing or insurance. We are not a consumer reporting agency.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for having a lawful basis, under the data protection laws that apply to you, for how you use what we deliver.

Confidentiality

What you ask us and what we deliver to you stays confidential. We never publish work done for a client.

Fees

Fees, scope and timing are agreed before any work begins and invoiced for each engagement.

Tool access

Where we grant access to our tools, including through API or MCP, keys are issued to one client and must not be shared. Usage is logged. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.

Rights

What we deliver is licensed for your own use. You may not resell it or the underlying data. Source material belongs to its owners.

Liability

Services are provided as they are. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming. Disputes go to the courts of Wyoming.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
